This Code of Ethics represents the set of fundamental values and principles that guide Infordata Sistemi Srl’s activities, providing guidelines for ethical and responsible behavior by all employees, collaborators, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the company’s operations.

6.3 Sanctions Violations of this Code of Ethics will be assessed and sanctioned based on their severity, ensuring impartiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
